Privacy.

This site collects as little as possible. Here is all of it, in plain language.

What we collect.

No cookies, no ad pixels, no session recording. We count page views, nothing more.

What you send us. If you fill in the form or email sales@wainworth.com, we keep what you gave us (name, email, company, anything you wrote, and the page you sent it from) so we can respond and provide anything you ask for. We don’t sell it, don’t share it, and don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations, subject to Vercel’s own privacy policy.

Client work.

Engagements have their own agreements. When we build for a client, access to their systems and data is governed by the written engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this page for anything it covers. Client results and workflows stay confidential and are shared only with permission.

Ownership. Systems we build belong to the client: code, data, accounts, and documentation.

Your rights.

Ask, correct, delete. Email sales@wainworth.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within one business day.

Changes. This policy is effective August 2026. Material changes will be posted on this page.
