No. It's the assumption. You run the business; we build and run the machines. You approve things, and they happen.
Do we have to change our software?
No. The machine works inside the tools you already run: your calendar, your CRM, your books. Nothing to migrate. Where a new tool earns a place, we install it openly and train your team until it sticks.
So what exactly do we get?

What does it cost?

What exactly are you accountable for?
Every system we run for you is named on one page: what it does, what “working” means, and what we do when it breaks. It updates when something goes live or gets deleted. Your monthly report covers exactly that list. If something isn't on the page, we'll still help. It's a request, not our failure.
What happens when something breaks at 2 a.m.?
Anything that must answer in real time runs on a product whose vendor staffs 3 a.m.; we choose it, wire it in, and manage it. What we run ourselves is watched around the clock by our own machines: failures caught within minutes, retried, and escalated if they can't fix themselves. Nobody's customer waits on our sleep. If our defect burned your compute, it's credited.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, data, accounts, documentation, all of it. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working. No software rent, no markup, ever.
What happens when a better tool comes out?
We're happier. We don't sell tools, so we have no reason to defend one. Anything custom we built is a stand-in for a product that didn't exist yet; when that product comes out, the keep covers taking ours out and moving you over. No project, no fee. Some quarters your bill goes down.
